Community Projects

The Eugenia Gold Rush is organized and produced each year by the
Eugenia District Community Improvement Association

Did you know that the funds raised by Eugenia & District Community Improvement Association
at Eugenia Gold Rush and the Eugenia Boat Launch Fees go towards these projects:

2024 - New Pavilion

The pre-existing pavilion was removed and a new, larger pavilion was built in it's place.

repairing swings at Eugenia Community Park
April 2010

The Eugenia Community Improvement Association presented the Grey Bruce Dragon Boat Club with enough money to purchase a dragon boat for Lake Eugenia.

Gravel and sand for the new baseball field were donated.

Thanks to hard working volunteers, the swings at the Eugenia Community Park were repaired.

Previously

The pavilion was repaired and painted and the peeling paint on the roof was stripped.

The baseball backstop was repaired and new players benches were built.

New picnic tables were purchased and painted.

The cedar trees were trimmed to open up the view inside the park to make it safer for kids. We found that kids could run outside of the park and could not be seen.

New baby swings were purchased and installed at the swings.
