The United Church in Eugenia is a beautiful historic landmark on Canrobert Street. It is situated near the centre of town, just east of Grey Road 13 and within short walking distance of stores, lake, boat launch, beach and falls. Recently the Highland United Church  (formerley the Eugenia and St. Johns United Churches) have floated the idea of repurposing the church as a "community hub."

A "community hub" is a public space that offers co-located or integrated services such as education, health care and social services to the local community. The church would remain a place of worship but would also take on other services for the benefit of the community.
